The expressive arts help us ‘get out of our heads’ and instead trust our more intuitive ways - our gut feelings and instincts. This can help us explore parts of ourselves words can’t always reach and discover new parts we didn’t know were there, or had long forgotten.
The Method
SoulCollage® is an arts practice done individually or in community. Through the collage process, participants make individualized cards, much like Tarot, or oracle cards, that one-by-one form a deeply personal deck that can be consulted to access your inner wisdom and to ask personal questions.
Many people find this practice to be very powerful in helping them discover their unique inner/outer guides and challengers. Best of all, you don’t need to see yourself as an “artist” to do this practice - anyone can do it.

my story
After experiencing the rite of passage of childbirth, I yearned for a way to understand this seismic shift in my life. I was grieving an old version of me I felt slipping away. My skin didn’t fit any more but I didn’t understand the new form I was taking. My head just couldn’t ‘figure it out.’
When I sat to make my first card at a SoulCollage® workshop my mind was quiet for the first time since I could remember. My hands just knew exactly what to do. I was shocked that a simple practice could unlock so much in me. My cards have become one of the most powerful tools I have when I need grounding and guidance. I am regularly floored by the synchronicities and how much healing this practice provides in my life. I love introducing people to this method and helping those with existing decks deepen their practice.

Materials can be shipped for virtual participants. -
SoulCollage® workshop for small groups. This is offered for organizations, group of friends, school staff, organizers, etc. A meaningful way to mark rites of passage, provide a space for self-care and reflection, or thresholds such as birthdays, mother/parent blessing, or important events.
3 hours with all materials provided.
Can be done in-person or virtually.
